For nearly a three-decade chapter, I’ve been immersed in Clinical Development and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, building a career shaped by curiosity, commitment, and a genuine love for doing things right — consistently.

Where Quality Meets People
One of the most defining experiences in my career was leading a Phase I clinical unit pharmacy. It sharpened my ability to balance operational efficiency with uncompromising quality — and reminded me that behind every process, every guideline, and every audit, there are people trying to do their best work.
I thrive in environments where collaboration, clarity, and continuous improvement come together. I love helping teams feel confident, supported, and empowered to deliver high-quality results without losing sight of business needs.
This journey has allowed me to build broad, interconnected expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems, growing from hands-on operational roles into strategic, cross-functional leadership.
About the Name
QUERMOVO carries a piece of my family heritage.
My grandfather founded a Flemish company named DUERMOVO, built on four simple but powerful values:
Durf – Eer – Moed – Volharding
Those values — Daring, Integrity, Courage, and Perseverance – shaped how I see quality in any kind of work.
